KIMBERLEY LEEONLINE COMMUNITY AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Kimberley Lee has embraced Social Media since its inception while working as a Public Relations consultant in Sydney and Melbourne for small, medium and large agencies. Her passion for the convergence of traditional PR and online underlies her strategic approach where reputation and business values inform the communications strategy for online and offline activity.

Drawing on her strengths in communications, Kimberley immersed herself in a dedicated role as head of Social Media at a well-known entertainment brand. Kimberley developed the strategy, was responsible for education and training of staff, and grew the brand’s online presence leading community management for Australia and New Zealand.

As a digital and social media specialist, Kimberley has developed strategies, lead the execution of campaigns and been at the frontline of community management. Her experiences have seen her lead the change for businesses moving online with consultation and implementation of systems and processes, resources, social media and digital tools and platforms, data analysis and content creation.

Kimberley has worked with government agencies, corporations and not for profit organisations in a variety of industries including media and entertainment, technology, lifestyle, hospitality, health, professional services and consumer franchise businesses.

She also embraces the opportunity to educate and train other team members, teaching them the skills required to grow the online presence of brands and organisations. Kimberley has presented at seminars and run education and training workshops.

Kimberley is passionate about empowering people with knowledge and skills to change the way they think about communications, and to change the way they do business with new digital and social media capabilities.
