Evolving Democracy

Smart Cities

The Global Smart City Performance Index 2017 was released last week, examining smart cities initiatives in four areas. Out of 20 cities assessed, Singapore ranked first in all categories.

The full Smart Cities study of Juniper Research’s is available online, with insights into benefits for citizens like time-saving, working towards smart communities.

150+ smart cities leaders in 12 countries have contributed to the first Smart City Indicator survey. Key drivers are economic dev. environmental protection & sustainability.


Resilient Cities

New video from 100 Resilient Cities shows how the resilient cities platform works through the “what & how” of building resilience, going beyond policy, to a city-wide value.
